No. You need a heat source, fuel, and oxygen (the fire triangle) to create fire. The mixing only creates one of those. Unless there's an exothermic reaction (a chemical reaction that gives off heat) that goes on when gasoline and propane vapors mix. But, if there's too much gasoline and propane, then there won't be enough oxygen for it all to burn. Do you find this valuable?

If two substances ignite when mixed they are hypergallic mixtures, most of these mixes are liquids at room temperature. One must be an oxidizer and the other a reducing agent. If I am not mistaken the original moon lander used such a mixture of compounds. Do you find this valuable?
