Apr 10 2008, 11:29 AM EDT Probably because its sooooo controversial. I dont know that much about it. But many people think they got it wrong, and want them to retest it. And for those who think they got it right, want them to retest it to proove that the last outcome was right. Its kinda complicated. Do you find this valuable? |

Apr 10 2008, 10:32 PM EDT What if the wind was blowing from behind the airplane at the same speed the conveyor belt was traveling? Would the airplane take off then? Aircraft carriers when launching an aircraft always go into the wind so to create more lift on the wings. An airplane propellor is actually pulling the aircraft through the air and at the same time the air passing over the wings creats lift reguardless which direction the ground is moving. Just as soon as the aircraft is off the ground it doesn't matter which way the ground is moving. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |
