I noticed that when the oxidizer was added it was a rapid dump. Did you guys ever consider just supplying enough oxidizer to keep the fire raging? Maybe start off with a slow and steady supply of peroxide and then ramp it up until you got optimal thrust? Every time I see you set off the hybrid rocket you dump all the oxidizer in about a second or less.

Scaled Composites put a crew of 3 into space with this type of rocket and I don't think they dumped all the oxidizer into the combustion chamber at once. It was a controlled burn. Let's try that again with a throttle.

Testing a rocket in a sealed box will most likely affect the rockets performance due to a limited oxygen supply!
