Just because it looked like a regular 9mm, doesn't mean it was one. Why could it not have had special armor piercing incendiary rounds? And, while I haven't seen the movie, propane tanks usually mean there is something nearby that needs a propane tank. What if there had been an open flame close by?

in one of his movie's he's in a Roll Royce about 1964 rolls, with spoke wheels, and he get s knocked out, then they push the rolls into a pond and wait for bond to come to the top of the water for air, but bond unscrews a valve stem and takes air form a tire under water, ok on that model rolls it had spoked wheels, Roll Royce put long valve stems on the wheel so people could put air in the tires , with short valve stems its very hard to get the air chuck to the valve to put air in the tires, if not at all, any ways bond sucks air from a long valve stem , the trick to this is easy, just remove the valve cap then put the valve stem in your mouth and use one of your top eye teeth to push down on the valve core, thus a air supply, but there;s a WARRING, compressed air has water in it, you may have to deflate the tire , and use air only from a dive tank, this air is safe to use, if u get water in your lungs, you can not stand on your head , and the water will not come out, use only dive tank air. keep up the great work, and guys i'm starting to call you guys the mythbrothers, u guys act like brothers on the show...................ed

1st - 007 carries a Walther PPK . I don't remember the caliber but he had to turn in his Barretta 9mm because it didn't have enough hitting power. (was known to bounce off windshields on occasion). 2nd - when 007 got his watch back from "M" and demo'ed it he said it could possibly deflect the path of a bullet - long range. The way I took it as said in the movie was that he could be along the path of the bullet and deflect it slightly as it passed on its way toward another target. Your show is the first i've heard of a deleted scene.

First, to address previous: Bond's first gun was a Beretta 950, .25acp. The Walther P99 was the "new" Bond gun.
As far as magnetic deflection of bullets... did you guys use a steel jacketed .45acp? I could see eddy currents stopping the spin on a copper jacketed round and causing it to tumble, but come on... regular bullets are nonferromagnetic, the only effect would be from foucault currents and joule heating. My name dot blogspot dot com, I wrote a little about it. If you were using a steel jacketed projectile, I'm kind of dissappointed... that's almost like cheating.
