SYNOPSIS: So, supposedly, if you fill a normal raft with helium, you can fly. Let's see if the guys can get their boat into the air — get ready for the biggest MythBusters' build ever. One device that wasn't tested was a handheld GPS receiver. Some airlines allow their use while in flight and others don't. Since they are a passive device one would think that the use would be granted on any airline.

p.s. They are a lot of fun to watch while in the air if you're granted permission.
