I think they should have ramped up some of the options of things that could be in the back of a car. I am sure most people have seen a car with a bad stereo installation where the 6x9's are just sitting in the back window. Those could have some significant inertia to create injury. I am sure someone else would have some other ideas of what could be in the back of a car. Back before seatbelt laws I saw children laying down up there occasionally.
