"The whole concept is Hollywood nonsense. A bullet is an accelerated mass, stabilized by spin and it's surface's interaction with the surrounding medium (air). Swinging your arm with all the swiftness you can muster will affect the bullet's trajectory in the milliseconds until it leaves the barrel like a toddler in swimmies will an aircraft carrier. But aiming will be hard as hell.

I think I once heard something about a British tank shell in development, which would be fired from a rifled barrel and could influence it's trajectory by altering it's shape with a pivot at it's center. The closest thing to curved bullets we have are airburst grenades that detonate mid air behind enemy cover after a certain number of rotations indicates a preset distance traveled."
