My childhood ambition/career goal: To be an astronaut (I was 12 when Neil walked on the Moon.) That was the career ambition of half the kids in my school.

If I were a breakfast cereal, I would be: Hmmm...that changes day to day.

If I could tame and ride any animal, it would be a: T-Rex

If I could live anywhere, it would be: The Oregon coast is nice. Probably near Bandon.

My dream job(s): Been there done that. Last year I got certified and operated an antique steam powered railroad locomotive. LOTS OF FUN!!!

My dream vacation(s): I enjoy landscape photography. I'd follow the seasons. In Spring, I'd travel from Texas to Alberta chasing the wildflower wave. In the Fall, I'd go from Quebec to Georgia chasing the autumn foliage of the hardwood forests.

I see you have them too but as yet, far from being sufficiently cynical.
No doubt you will soon cure that as you spend additional time with Earth creatures. A full 90% of them think "thinking outside the box" has something to do with breakfast cereal. Many of the rest just don't understand at all.
So, welcome to the real world. Glad to have you . Even if you are an engineer it appears certain that you have actually done some useful things. That alone makes you unique and valuable.
Maybe we can solve the mysteries of the universe and answer questions like, "Why are helicopters flown from the right seat and all other aircraft from the left?"
